1 - Maintenance, repair and protection of petroleum facilities, wells, rigs, pipelines, storage tanks, and turbines, as well as all equipment's
and machines used in oilfields, refineries and petroleum harbors.
2 - Construction and acquisition of technical workshops to construct and repair the spare parts, machines and equipment's in petroleum
industry according to the international standards.
3 - Execution of drilling works and rigs acquisition as well as all means and facilities to perform its purpose, and to supply its requirements
whether locally or overseas.
4 - To carryout oil transport works and its derivatives in addition to natural gas inland or offshore, to acquire or charter these means.
5 - Importation of all drilling machines, equipment's, spare parts, chemical materials, mud and sludge materials as well as all operation
requirements for oilfields, refineries and petroleum harbors.
6 - To perform and submit studies, enquiries and tests related to petroleum harbors, wells, operation equipment's and refining, to train
the national personnel in oilfields services.
7 - To acquire the real estates, constructions and warehouses whether inside or outside the Custom Yard, workshops, machines
transport means which required in achieving its purposes.
8 - To provide catering services for oilfields and petroleum facilities.
9 - To treat the environmental pollution resulted from the oil applications.
10 - To participate in tenders and joint venture investments with national and foreign investors.
11 - To carry out the commercial agencies works and concession related to the company's core business.
12 - To layout and construct oil pipelines, stations, compressors, as well as oil and gas pumping stations, harbors and storage tanks.
13 - To provide studies and consultations in oil and natural gas fields according to the recognized scientific criteria, and in accordance
with the effective legislations in geological, geophysical fields and oilfields, refineries, and petrochemical plants developments.
14 - The Company may enter into partnership, amalgamation or cooperation with or acquire other companies practicing similar activities
or assist such companies to satisfy their purposes within or outside Libya. |
